Bishwatosh joined the State Bank of India as a Probationary Officer and thereafter, has been serving in the Organization for the last twelve years. During these years, he has secured fast track promotions all in time. He has always liked to accept challenges. He has undergone several training programs in advance and general management areas to equip himself with latest knowledge in banking.
