He has extensive experience of HR in the Indian Army specifically recruitment ,raising of additional manpower their training and sensitivity in handling /dealing with delicate situations demanding tact.Extensive international experience in cross cultural handling of people , having served in Bhutan and Sri Lanka.Best practises and their successful implementation,rengineering of business processes and crises management in stressful situations is his forte.He is widely traveled and has undertaken several projects related to continuous process improvement and enhancement of quality of life in his profession.
