I have had a diverse experience including working on the shop floor of a steel plant, delivering off shore IT services, leading organizational changes from a service based offering to a product based offering, developing and implementing business strategies and organizational management. I am currently working for Fidelity Business Services India Pvt. Limited and heading the Project Assurance and Governance group which provides oversight to all the systems projects.
