Seshasai's expertise is in Sales and Customer development. Experienced in selling financial products during a 2-year stint at ICICI Bank. Seshasai headed a branch as a Branch Manager, Led the new customer acquisition team, and was into private banking, building and managing HNI customers for the Bank. Earlier he was associated with HLL for 7 years between 1995-2003 before leaving them for the bank. Seshasai came back to HLL in 2005 to face newer challenges and now believes setting up processes in sales would simplify the front end job and result in Every day great execution.

Seshasai is a repository of Sales operations and processes. With over 10 years of first hand feel of the tradtional trade and the emerging Modern trade in Retail Industry.
