I am presently handling independent operation of one of the offices of Employees Provident Fund Organization as Officer-in-charge. My ultimate responsibility is to satisfy both the internal and external customers of the organization. Apart from overall general administrative functions ,I am directly responsible for achieving targets in the fields of collection,recovery and transfer of funds for EPF dues in the defined jurisdiction. I am handling direct delivery of services in the form of various claim settlements with direct interface with public which includes employers ,employee , government departments ,various public leaders and banks.
