Mr Rajendra Sardesai is engaged in consulting for the business processes like Project Consultancy, Consultancy in Corporate Laws, Setting up of Computerised Costing and; Financial System, Auditing in Computerised environment, Tax planning for last 18 years.

He is a Chartered Accountant, a Cost Accountant, a Company Secretary from Institutes in India and a Law Graduate from Mumbai University. He is also a qualified Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) from ISACA, USA. At present he is undergoing MBA course from IIM- Indore.

He is a visiting faculty in Finance Area at management institutes of repute in Mumbai and has addressed seminars of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Institute of Chartered Accountants, Sri Lanka.
