Neeraj possess a masters in economics, a diploma in personnel management and had graduated in management.
At present Neeraj is working as Chief Innovation Managar, with Grass roots Innovation Augmentation network, an implemeting arm of National Innovation Foundation, heading northern region, based at Jaipur,( Rajasthan, India).His organisation support innovative practices in the country with an objective of making India innovative.
As Neeraj believe in consistent learning and growing, He developed him self as a facilitator and manager in his ten years of varied experience. So far, He has contributed his efforts in the field of rural development, women empowerment, trainings, facilitation in microfinance and livelihood and promoting innovative practices. These varied experiences has helped him developed as a generalist worker with an entrepreneur attitude. His present assignment is helping him to work on a leadership role and gaining more value based responsibilities. To further fulfill his objectives, He is also consistently grooming his academic endeavors at Indian Institute of Management, Indore, India (IIM Indore).

With the qualification and experience Neeraj has developed, He is looking forward for more challenging opportunities, where He can achieve his objectives of learning and contribute more for the betterment of the society at large. This will not only boost up his career growth endeavors, but also help him to understand and learn social development in a large perspective and wide spectrum. He is also looking for prospects in Large intenational development assignements, in the field of rural development, microfinance, rural Insurance and HR functions
