It gives me great pleasure to launch this exclusive web site of the participants of the Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Management Program (EPGP) of IIM Indore. It carries profiles of the participants and articles posted by them on various topical issues apart from a ready forum of expression. It shall be provided with a link to the official web site of the IIM Indore.

The third EPGP at IIM Indore has matured into a fine option for all those working executives who cannot afford to leave their jobs but wish to enhance their knowledge in today's highly competitive globalised world. I have always received a positive feedback from the participants on the utility of the course. In order to further enhance the value of this program, we are planning more interactive off-campus support with the planned launching of Broadband facilities at IIM Indore.

The present lot of participants have proved that they are not only competent but mature and enthusiastic in their endeavour to imbibe quality education and will prove an asset at the workplace to any organization. The market for these middle level managers is immense with the constant influx of the new "sunrise" industries into India. These "change" managers are the harbingers of growth, repositories of experience and a live example of cutting edge, competitive performance.
